I will take this opportunity to say how impressed I have been with your attention thus far. The consultant who visited in the first instance was very professional and showed me the utmost respect, whilst at the same time explaining to me the ins and outs of the system. The two engineers who came to fit the alarm were also very professional and respectful.

I would like to say that I was most impressed by the high standard of work carried out by your two installers. The job was started at the time quoted and they worked very hard during the day and finished that night with hardly any sign that workmen had been present. I have no hesitation in recommending your Company in the future.

Following the installation of the alarm system within my flat, I thought it appropriate to write concerning the two engineers who did the work. They carried out their duties efficiently and professionally, being constantly aware of not making unnecessary mess and being very pleasant. Too often we are quick to put pen to paper when making a complaint, but ever so prompt at praising good workmanship. I would like to say how immensely impress I have bee by the efficiency, politeness, speed and cleanliness with which your engineers worked. I do not think I have ever in Scotland, come across such professionalism and courtesy from any branch of tradesmen and didn’t think actually still existed. Please thank your engineer on my behalf. I have already recommended your work to several people and shall continue to do so. Despite all the disruption, wiring and drilling, the entire house looked as tidy as it did before he arrived, maybe more so!
